Miles Davis, Live at On The Corner (Supersonic, 1972)
Live recording from September 24th, 1972 at the Philadelphia Quaker Jazz Festival. Not my rip, and I'm embarrassed to admit I don't remember where I got it, but it's a good one.
1. Black Satin 9:31
2. Rated X 15:12
3. Honky Tonk 9:34
4. Right Off 11:44

ReplyDeletethere's a dearth of quality (and Quantity) of '72 shows-this is WELL appreciated!
ReplyDeleteIt's a great show. Good sound. Bit more accessible than 'Live in Concert' and many recordings from that period.
ReplyDeleteGreat laid back rendition of Honky Tonk. The rhythm section are superb on Black Satin. Even Rated X is more listenable than usual.
Your mileage may vary. Pipp
